Awhile back four of my favorite subjects (see a few past sessions with them here, here and here) and I spent an afternoon at Caspers Park. It was a calm and sunny day with a gentle warmth. The park was eerily quiet when I first arrived all alone. While I set up the cute homemade tent in the brush, I heard a branch crack and leaves rustle about 100 yards away.
Later as we were playing in the tent and climbing on the trees we looked out across the day use area and saw a huge wild animal strolling from one side of the road to the other. It had a short tail so we assume it was a bobcat although it was much larger than what I would have expected!
Needless to say, we wrapped up the session early so as not to be around the park for dinner time.
Thanks again Yvette and kids for a fabulous “New Year’s” portrait session.
